Nested in the prestigious Tri-Valley area, Jordan Ranch Unit 2 is a sizable luxury planned community project developed by Mission Valley Properties. It is located off of Fallon Road in Dublin, California, just north of the I-580 freeway.
Jordan Ranch Unit 2 encompasses over 10,000 linear feet of main line extension serving multiple parcels or “super pads” consisting of various product types such as single family detached, 4-unit cluster style courts, town homes and condominiums. All of which totals an impressive 370 single-family style homes, a 24-building/126-unit condominium development, 4 park areas and a future school site.
In addition to the standard joint trench coordination involved with this project, JR-2 also provided the opportunity for an extensive street lighting and photometric design consisting of 56 lights which included both standard dual-arm cobra style and decorative post-top lights.
